Cylinder assemble machine
The machine tool is assembled by hand, and the pneumatic components are clamped by multi-axis linkage to complete the assembly work.
Each axis is equipped with a detection device that can automatically detect faults, and the operator only needs to eliminate the fault according to the alarm description.
The main carriage is powered by servo to ensure positioning accuracy and assembly testing is completed.
1. Q: How long we can get a machine which we need DIY fuction:
A:Customized machines will need around 2-3 months, including 1 month for design, 1 month for components processing, and 1 month for assembly and testing.
2. Q: Can you design the operation interface for our language?
A: Yes ,you can , we will send you every words show on the operation interface and translate for you ,but you need to check if you can understand them.
3. Q: Can we set the production speed of the machine
A: Yes you can , our engineer will adjust the produce speed according to your requirement.
